Your US Agent Service
+ As your designated U.S. Agent, we act as the primary point of contact between FDA and your foreign facility for all registration-related communications, including acceptance of the U.S. Agent designation in FDA’s Food Facility Registration Module (FFRM).
+ We maintain a current U.S. mailing address, email, phone number, receive FDA communications (including after-hours notices), and promptly forward them to your designated contact(s).
+ We also assist in coordinating responses to FDA registration notices such as verification requests, updates, cancellations, and biennial renewals.
